  Been to this specific location a bunch of times over the years and have noticed the service becoming worse over the years. The food is so so, but I don't really expect an amazing culinary experience from an Applebee's. Never order for pick up from the mall location you end up waiting by the bar for anywhere from 5-20 mins just for someone to come up and check if they got the order right, they end up getting it wrong mostly even if it's an online order. And on top of that while waiting you better hope there's nobody really annoying at the bar, cause you're gonna have your ears pop from the drunkards screaming at the tv.

  Service was ok but the quality of the food wasn't. All they did for the triple bacon burger was warm it up, the lettuce looked like it was 1 1/2 inches thick. Cheese and patty was warm. The top bun was warm-cold and was horrible, toasted bread would have tasted better than that bun. Pickles looked old and sloppy, tomatoes too. The chicken on the hot skillet (Dont know the name) looked like it was hot because it was sizzling, but it was just there to make it look like it was fresh and hot, but really it was warm.) The chicken wings were too sweet than classic.

  Service here is HORRIBLE! Host was RUDE! Got sat, server took forever to greet, right as I was about to get up and leave, server appeared, quickly asked right away "can I get you something to drink?" Didn't even introduce herself or a hi, or an apology for taking so long. Took 10 minutes to get waters to our tables, 20 minutes to get appt. never again!!!!
